2、响并探讨其作用机制。方法:雄性ICR小鼠分6组:正常对照组,糖尿病模型对照组,糖尿病模型亚麻木酚素提取物[600mg/(kg#d)、1.2g/(kg#d)、3.6g/(kg#d)]治疗组,糖尿病小鼠盐酸二甲双胍[100mg/(kg#d)]治疗组。连续灌胃8周,实验结束后比较各组体重、肾重、肾重/体重、24h尿白蛋白排泄率、肾组织MDA含量及肾组织SOD、GSH-PX活性,HE染色分析肾小球病理形态学改变,综合评价亚麻木酚素提取物对肾脏的保护作用。结果:与糖尿病模型对照组比较,亚麻木酚素提取物中、高剂量组的肾重、2
3、4h尿白蛋白排泄率显著降低(P<0.05),MDA含量降低(P<0105),亚麻木酚素提取物各剂量组的肾脏组织SOD、GSH-Px活性增加(P<0.05)。结论:亚麻木酚素提取物能减轻糖尿病小鼠肾脏损伤,对肾脏有保护作用,其机制与其减轻肾脏氧化应激有关。关键词:木酚素;糖尿病;肾脏;氧化应激中图分类号:R285.5文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-7717(2010)04-0856-04StudyontheProtectiveEffectofFlaxseedLignanExtractonKidneyinDiabe
