1、冠心病介入治疗并发症的护理实践薛元红湖南省长沙市一医院410006摘要：目的：观察对冠心病患者进行介入治疗后引发的并发症的护理实践效果。方法：选取2012年1月至2015年1月期间收治的冠心病介入治疗患者80例，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组行以常规冠脉介入治疗术护理，观察组行以针对并发症的护理干预。观察两组患者并发症（皮下血肿、术后出血、血管迷走神经反射、上肢肿痛、腹胀）的发生情况，采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表对术后抑郁焦虑进行评定。结果：观察组患者皮下血肿1例,术后出血1例，血管迷走祌经反射2例，上肢肿痛1例，腹胀1例，共发生6例，并发症发生率为15%;对照组患者皮下

2、血肿2例，术后出血4例，血管迷走神经反射3例，上肢肿痛2例，腹胀1例，共发生12例，并发症发生率为30%。对照组的并发症发生率高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后焦虑抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组，差异只有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：冠脉介入术后并发症护理干预可减少冠心病介入术后并发症的发生，可改善患者不良情绪，提高护理效果。关键词：护理；介入治疗；冠心病【abstract】objective：toobservetheinterventiontherapyinpatientswithcoronaryheartdiseasecausedbycomplicationsaft
