3、ientsinhospital.ForchronicsystolicHFtreatmenttoprovidenewideasandmethods.Methods:Arandomizedcontrolledtrialbythemethod,instrictaccordancewithintoandexclusionstandardscreeninginshandongprovinceofcombiningtraditionalChineseandwesternmedicinehospitalheart
4、centerofpatientsinhospital60caseswererandomlydividedintothetreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup,throughthecomparisonofthetreatmentleftventricularejectionfraction(LVEF)values,andBNPwerefollowedupfor6monthsinhospitaltoconfirmthenumberagainpointsapplystickadjuva
5、nttreatmenttherapychronicsystolicHFcurativeeffectissimplybetterwesternmedicinetherapyforchronicsystolicHFtreatmentofopeningupnewways.Results:Thisexperimentinpatientswith60cases,36.7%ofmenand63.3%ofwomen,menandwomenratio1.:1.72.30casesintreatmentgroup,1
6、0casesofmenandwomenin20;30casesin,12casesofmenandwomen18cases.Westernmedicineclinicaleffectassessmentcontrolgroup4casesweremarkedlyimproved,effective21caseseffectivenessandin5patients,andthetotaleffectiverateof83.3%;Thetreatmentgrouppowerfullyin13,effe
7、ctive16caseseffectivenessandin1,andthetotaleffectiverate96.67%(P=0.017).TCMsymptomsscoreindexmarkedlyeffectivecontrolin8cases,effective16caseseffectivenessand6cases,thetotaleffectiverateof80.0%;Thetreatmentgrouppowerfullyin16,effective11caseseffectiven
