2、法SD(SpragueDawley)雄性成年大鼠一共40只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和艾灸预处理组,每组各10只。艾灸预处理组采用艾灸百会及肾俞两穴8周,每周治疗5天,休息2天,一共治疗40次后,与模型组同时采用双侧海马CAl区一次性注射凝聚态5plAD...:制备AD大鼠模型,假手术组注射等量的生理盐水。以MorriS水迷宫检测行为学评价4组大鼠的学习记忆能力,免疫组织化学法观察其海马CAl区NGF和BDNF的阳性细胞计数。结果1.Morris水迷宫检测行为学发现模型组大鼠的学习记忆能力有明显损害,其与正常组和假手术组比
