3、egion.ThesubjectsweredevidedintoDMwithoutdiabeticmicroangiopathy(NDC)(56cases),DMAPgrouy(84cases),andnormalcontrols(CON)(44cases),furthermore,accordingtothetypeofallele,thesubjectsweredevidedintoZ+2,Z-2,bothZ+2andZ-2,neitherZ+2norZ-2(X/X).PCRwasperformedandPCRprodu

7、的多态性及其活性与2型糖尿病(DM)微血管病变的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR),检测140例2型糖尿病患者,其中无微血管病变组(NDC)56例和微血管病变组(DMAP)94例(糖尿病肾病组(DN)30例,糖尿病视网膜病变组(DRP)24例,糖尿病神经病变组(DPN)30例)和49例正常对照组(CON),AR基因5‘端(AC)n的多态性,同时用改良Sriratava法测定AR活性并比较其在各组间的差异。结果①DM组和CON组均发现7种等位基因(Z-6^-Z+6),Z+2等位基因频率在PKAP组显著低于NDC和CON组(P
