2、时间差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)，而手术时间及术中出血量改良PLIF组均优于传统PLIF组(P<0．05)。患者均获随访，时间6～36个月。JOA评分：两组术后3个月和末次随访与术前比较差异均有统汁学意义(P<0．05)，术后3个月与末次随访比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)。末次随访时两组JOA评分、VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论改良PLIF治疗腰椎退行性疾病可以获得与传统P1．IF相同的临床效果，具有手术时间短、术中出血少及组织损伤轻等优点。关键词：腰椎管狭窄疗；椎问
