1、是尿液，占12.4%；肺炎克雷伯菌对常用抗菌药物均产生了一定的耐药性，对氨节西林耐药率最高，为98.1%；其次是头抱哩卩林，为50.4%；对亚胺培南耐药率最低，为3」％。结论木次硏究肺炎克雷伯菌主要分离自痰及下呼吸道分泌物，其次是尿液标木,主要存在于重症医学科、呼吸内科和普外科等科室，对常用抗菌药物均产牛了一定的耐药性，和国内其他同类医院对比分析，不同抗菌药物存在不同差别，但和国外相关报道对比发现明显高于某些西方发达国家，所以我们首先要加强重点患者、重点部位和重点科室的监管工作，其次我们要继续做好抗菌药物敏感性试验，临床医生根据药敏试骑结果
